We've been helping schemes get planning permission since developing the procedure for verified views in the early nineties. Check the landmarks section for some of these.

We can also provide 3D site analysis, check your site against LVMF view corridors and create zone of visibility diagrams. See the analysis section.

Below are our most recent successes:

ST JAMES PICCADILLY

Ptolemy Dean Architects  recently got planning approval for this tasteful and sensitive extension to Wren's church. These are a few of the verified views I produced for the application. They show the vista  that will be opened up from the new community garden all the way to the altar, existing and proposed, in summer and in winter.

COLEMAN STREET

The City of London recently awarded planning permission for this Emrys Architects design on Coleman Street and Moorgate. These are a couple of the illustrative views produced for the application.

BARKERS OF KENSINGTON

Working for Emrys Architects on their remodelling of the iconic Barkers of Kensington, I produced the verified views for their planning application. Most were AVR0 (wireline style) images, but there were some AVR3 (rendered) views, including this one from Kensington Church Street that needed to show what was lost behind the scaffolding as well as the proposal. Check out the more evocative views I produced for the Design and Access Statement in my marketing section.

Emrys Architects were awarded planning permission in early 2023.

VALE ROYAL

Emrys Architects were also granted planning permission for this mixed use scheme in North West London. I produced the verified and illustrative views for the project.

NEWCOMBE HOUSE

Asked by a residents' association to check the planning application imagery for a new tower, I found three extra views that needed to be considered by the enquiry.
